Our builders have designed and created some of the most amazing floor plans for our community. The plans start at 1500 sq. ft. and range all the way to 3000 sq. ft. All of these plans have been designed exclusively for Woodbridge Farms. Please click here to take a look at some of our plans. We are continually working on our plans and will retire a plan after it has been built 3 times per phase. With our strict exterior design regulations and Architectural Review Committee we will ensure an esthetic unity between all homes in the subdivision.

Building On Your Lot
Finding the perfect lot for your new home is important. Most of our lots are .3 or .4 acres and will accommodate most of our stocked plans. We would love to meet and talk to you about what you are looking for in a new home and show you our lot availability. If you are looking to build a custom home we are available to do that as well.
